Bed and Breakfast & Rent-the Inn policies

Bed and Breakfast Policies

Rates quoted are double occupancy and include breakfast. Additional person in the room - add $30. Children under six stay free in same room as parents.

Smoking not permitted inside the Inn;

Two night minimum stay; some exceptions. Call us.

Check in time is after 4PM and Check Out time is 10:30 AM;

Payment methods: Cash, personal check, Travelers checks, Visa, MasterCard;

Reservation Deposit: Full payment for up to 2 night stays; multi-day stays require a 50% deposit with the balance paid 15 days prior to arrival; Holiday stays require full payment upon making reservation. No early departure refunds.

Cancellations: Funds paid will be credited to another stay minus a $25 fee.

Rollaway beds available.

Advance notice required for special diets. We easily accommodate macrobiotic, Atkins, South Beach and other special breakfast requirement.

Rent-the-Inn Policies

Rent-the-Inn groups have the entire Inn without the Inn-keepers or Inn services. Monthly and seasonal Rent-the-Inn rates also available – call 800-248-1860 for details.

Breakfast and daily cleaning are not included in the Inn rental rates.

Hot tub rental available.

The Inn can be rented with five bedrooms, or five bedrooms and an attached suite depending upon the size of the group. Total occupancy of 14.
