Inn School of Cooking History Page
First established in 1985 and held at the Acorn Lodge in Stowe. Original owner, Beverly Ostler, now continues this popular cooking school at The 1860 House B&B in Stowe Village. Fashioned along the same format as the original school, this is a hands-on class limited to six people working with professional chefs from the Stowe area. The original school was operated for two years and attracted participants from all areas of the United States as well as internationally. After selling the Inn, Beverly traveled extensively and now has resettled in Stowe. We are fortunate to have her expertise in creating this popular concept that appeals to all ages and interest levels. Beverly is pictured above on the left.
