The Inn School of Cooking offers both three and five day classes.  The three-day class includes three days of lodging and nine hours of lessons. The five-day class includes five nights of lodging and 15 hours of lessons. This provides you with free time to enjoy this elegant resort town.  Start your day with a light breakfast at the Inn, then attend a three-hour cooking class, afterward spend the afternoons and evening enjoying the many activities in the Stowe area.  Learn the secrets of soups, broths and salads, vegetables and vegetarian fare, meat purchase and preparation, seafood, pastries and desserts.

2006 Inn School of Cooking Schedule:
Five-day cooking school dates:
Sept 10-15
Arrival on Sunday evening, classes begin on Monday.

Three-day cooking school dates:
Sept 17-20
Arrival on Sunday evening, classes begin on Monday.

Class Registration.  Please register early, classes are on a first come, first serve basis. To assure maximum learning and enjoyment, classes are limited to six people.  Be prepared for a hands-on class and take home your own recipe book, apron and kitchen gift to get you started in making your own delicious meals.

Class Cancellation Policy. If you cannot attend class, call us at least 48 hours before the class and we will give you credit towards a future class.  No refunds or credits will be given if you cancel within the 48 hour time frame.  If you are unable to attend class, you may send someone in your place.  The Inn School of Cooking reserves the right to cancel classes.  Class offerings depend on a minimum enrollment.  In this event, we will notify you and provide a refund or we will give you credit towards a future class.  You will have 1 year only to use any credit from a cancelled class.
